Euro-Counsels, MailClub, and the Bar
council of Marseille organize, with the support of AFNIC and la Communauté Urbaine Marseille Provence Métropole, the third International Technology and Law Conference, taking place at the Pôle Média de la Belle de Mai, 37 rue Guibal,
13003 Marseille. The theme of the conference will be:

PAST, PRESENT, AND FUTURE
The new bâtonnier of the Barreau de Marseille, Marc Bollet, will introduce the day. In the programme, three round tables and one workshop are proposed.
The four main themes of the day will be:
- .fr: How does France manage this domain name when faced with .com and other nations' extensions?
- Conflict management.
- Best management practices for enterprise domain names.
- How to defend against illegal practices.
Many specialists will be present for discussions during the day: institutions (Mathieu Weill, the director of AFNIC, INPI), domain name litigation experts, domain name management company representatives (3 Suisses, Spir, Rue du Commerce, Cofidis), and specialist european lawyers.
